Spring 2026
Kubo finished the singles season with a 12-6 record while holding the No.1 position for the Jayhawks. She also competed against three nationally ranked opponents in the Top 50. In doubles, Kubo posted a 13-7 record alongside teammates Heike Janse van Vuuren and Meriem Ben Ezzedine.Â
Fall 2025
Kubo had a strong fall season in singles, posting an 11-4 record. She also recorded a six-match winning streak at the NCAA Singles and Doubles Championships in Lake Nona, Florida. In doubles, Kubo appeared in seven matches alongside partner Heike Janse van Vuuren, earning victories over Minnesota, Virginia Tech and Wisconsin.Â
Spring 2025
Finished 15-6 in singles play including a seven match win streak during the season, primarily at the No. 3 slot... Finished 9-3 in Big 12 conference play, picking up one win in postseason play in singles... Finished 12-9 in doubles play, playing with partners Jasmine Adams in the No. 2 slot and Anna Putilina in the No. 3 slot, including 7-5 in Big 12 conference play... Finished 7-4 with partner Anna Putilina including a four match win streak during the season... Competed in the Duel in the Desert, finishing 3-0 in doubles with partner Jasmine Adams.
Fall 2024
Went 2-1 in singles play at the TCU Invitational... Finished 4-3 in doubles action across the fall season, primarily with partner Jasmine Adams.
Spring 2024
Finished 18-4 in singles primarily playing in the No. 4 spot… Finished with eight Big 12 singles wins to tie for seventh in a single season in program history…Went 10-9 between No. 1 and No. 2 doubles… Started her collegiate career off 10-0 in singles and 5-4 in doubles… Picked up a singles win against #58 ranked Safiya Carrington of Oklahoma State…Went 2-0 at the ITA kickoff event in singles and doubles against Arizona State and Notre Dame… picking up a win against Old Dominion in singles and doubles… Went 3-0 in singles at Santa Barbara beating UC Santa Barbara, Texas Tech, and Arizona and 1-1 in doubles. Continued to 10-0 in singles, going 2-0 at Arkansas, securing wins against Northwestern and Arkansas. Went 1-1 in doubles at Arkansas… Secured singles wins at Stillwater against Oklahoma State and in Manhattan against Kansas State. Went 0-2 in doubles against Oklahoma State and Kansas State with partner Gracie Mulville.
Fall 2023
Finished the fall season at the Big 12 Invite with a 1-2 singles record and teamed up with Jocelyn Massey to break even in doubles with a 1-1 record…Dropped just one match at the TCU Invitational while going 3-0 in singles and 3-1 in doubles…Went 1-1 in doubles with partner Jocelyn Massey and 2-1 in singles to make it to the Round of 16 the ITA Central Region Championships…Made Jayhawk debut at the SMU Invitational, went 1-2 in singles and 1-2 in doubles.
