When did you start playing softball?Â
I started playing tee ball around 4 or 5 years old then progressed into softball around like 7 years old.
What is your favorite softball memory?Â
Winning state back to back years, all the traveling across the nation to play in different states, and hitting my grand slam sophomore year vs HoustonWhy did you choose KU?Â
I chose KU because I wanted a school with history and culture. I also wanted a big sports school that had multiple successful programs on campus. For softball I chose KU because it is a program that continuously gets better every year, I wanted to be a part of the team that takes the program to the next level. As for coaches, Coach McFalls instantly treated me as one of her daughters from the day I met her. I could tell that even though this is her job and a business, she truly does care about the players and wants to personally know us as people, not just athletes.
2026: Appeared in 5 games with 5 at bats, recording two hits, including an RBI double against Utah State.
2025: Appeared in six games and recorded eight at-bats after returning from injury … Collected three hits on the season, including a hit-and-run against Kansas City (April 23, 2025)Â
2024: Played in three games as a utility player and catcher … Hit first career home run, a grand slam, in her second career at-bat, at Houston (March 23) … Finished with a batting average of .667 with two hits, four RBIs and one home run off of three at-bats.Â
