Hayley Earl

Bio

Hayley Earl is in her first year as a graduate assistant for Kansas Marketing and Fan Experience department after joining the staff in July 2022. In her first year at KU, she will be the marketing contact for the Jayhawk Soccer and Baseball programs.

Prior to coming to Kansas, Earl attended Illinois Wesleyan University, where she was a team captain and four-year catcher for the IWU Softball team. Earl also worked as a secretary in the Illinois Wesleyan Athletic Department and served as Marketing Coordinator for IWU’s Campus Activities Board.

While attending IWU, Earl was also a four-year lead intern for the Athletics Marketing department at Illinois State University, where she served as the head of soccer marketing in the fall of 2021. She also worked as a marketing intern and on-field host for the Badland Big Sticks, a summer-collegiate baseball team in Dickinson, North Dakota, in the summer of 2020.

A native of Washington, Illinois, Earl graduated from Illinois Wesleyan in May 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and she is now pursuing a Master’s degree in Sport Management from KU.
