Bio

Teril Boldiis joined the Kansas football staff as a graduate assistant in 2023, working with the Kansas wide receivers. Boldiis previously spent two years at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where he served coached tight ends and Director of Football Operations.

During the 2021 season at UW-Whitewater, Boldiis served as assistant offensive line coach before being promoted to tight ends coach and director of football operations prior to the 2022 season.

Before joining the Warhawks, Boldiis was the defensive line and outside linebackers coach at Lakeland University. During the 2020-21 spring season, Boldiis helped lead the Muskies to the No. 1 defense in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC). The Muskies lead the conference in points allowed, yards per game, rushing yards allowed, sacks and defensive touchdowns. The Muskies ended the season undefeated and earned the NACC North Division championship.

During the 2019 season, Boldiis was an assistant offensive line coach at Buffalo State College in New York. During his time at Buffalo State, Boldiis coached All-Liberty League offensive linemen Kyle Schreader (second team) and Trey Smith (honorable mention).

In the 2018 season, Boldiis was a recruiting and operations assistant at the University at Buffalo. In 2018, the Bulls finished 10-4 (first 10-win season in programs history) and made appearances at the Mid-American Conference (MAC) championship game and Dollar General Bowl. The Bulls signed 11 three-star recruits (according to ESPN Recruiting), which was the program’s highest ranked class since joining the MAC.

Boldiis started his coaching career at Johnson City High School in New York, where he was an assistant coach for the offensive and defensive lines.

A native of Johnson City, N.Y., Boldiis graduated from the University of Buffalo in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in supply chain and operations management. Boldiis earned his Master’s in Business Administration at Lakeland University in 2021.
