2015-16 (Senior)
Named to the Fall Athletic Director’s & Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Rolls… Received Academic All-Big 12 First Team accolades (Fall)… Honored with the 2016 Dr. Gerald Lage Academic Achievement Award… Carved three lifetime-best times in each of her individual events at the Big 12 Championships (2/24-27)… Placed 17th in the 400-yard individual medley (4:29.08), and competed in the ‘C’ finals in the 500-yard freestyle (5:05.28) and the 1,650-yard freestyle (17:35.37) at the conference meet… Tallied a career-best time in the 1,000-yard freestyle in a quad dual against William Jewell, Tabor and Morningside (1/23)… Turned in seven top-five finishes during her senior campaign.

2014-15 (Junior)
Named to the AD and Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll (Fall 2014 and Spring 2015)… Academic All-Big 12 First Team (Fall 2014)… Recorded career-best times in three events at the Big 12 Championships (3/25-28)… Placed 22nd in the 100-yard backstroke (58.72), 18th in the 200-yard backstroke (2:04.26) and 17th overall in the 400-yard individual medley at the conference meet… Recorded career-best time of 1:57.51 in the 200-yard freestyle at the 2014 Kansas Classic (11/21-23).
 
2013-14 (Sophomore)
Academic All-Big 12 First Team (Spring 2014)… Finished with season and personal-best time in the 100-yard backstroke with a 59.21 at the 2014 Big 12 Championships (2/26-3/1)… Accomplished her highest finish of the season against William Jewell (12/7) by placing second in the 200-yard backstroke (2:11.287)… Recorded her season-best time in the event at the conference championships (2:04.04)… Recorded her top time of 2:12.92 in the 200-yard individual medley at the 2013 Kansas Classic (11/22-24).

2012-13 (Freshman)
Athletic Director’s and Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll (Fall 2012)… Swam a season-best time in the 400-yard IM, with a time of 4:36.81 in a dual meet at Hawaii (1/18)… Closed out the season by finishing 20th in the 200-yard backstroke (2:05.01) and 23rd in the 100-yard backstroke (1:00.09) at the Big 12 Championships (2/27-3/2).

High School
Lettered two years for coach Dan Sheets, while swimming at The Principia Upper School in St. Louis, Missouri… While swimming for the Panthers, Bilsborrow broke school records in the 200-meter IM, the 200-meter freestyle and the 100-meter backstroke… A principal scholar athlete in 2009 and 2010… Received the distinction of USA Swimming Scholastic All-American in 2011… Competed for Rockwood Swim Club.

Personal
Born Laura Christine Bilsborrow in Boulder, Colorado… Daughter of Kent and Jan Bilsborrow… Has one brother, Jason Konzak, and one sister, Kari… Father, Kent, played baseball and football at Principia College… Majoring in global and international studies, political science and history.
