Fall Athletic Director’s & Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Rolls… Academic All-Big 12 First Team (Fall)… Received the 2016 Dr. Gerald Lage Academic Achievement Award… Earned All-Big 12 Second Team honors for a fifth-place performance in the 100-yard breaststroke with a season-best swim (1:02.41) at the conference meet… Finished 11th in the 200-yard breaststroke at the league meet with a season-best mark (2:17.94)… Turned in a career-best time in the 50-yard freestyle with a swim of 24.86 at Big 12s (2/24-27)… A member of the 200- and 400-yard medley relays which both placed second at Big 12s… Qualified for the ‘A’ finals in both the 100- and 200-yard breaststroke at the Big Challenge (11/20-22)… Won the 100 breast at TCU (10/31) and against William Jewell, Tabor and Morningside (1/23)… Registered the top team times in both the 100- and 200-yard breaststrokes during the 2015-16 season… Recorded 13 top-three finishes during the season.
2014-15 (Junior)
Named to the AD and Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll (Fall 2014 and Spring 2015)… Academic All-Big 12 First Team (Fall 2014)… Broke the Kansas school record in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:01.98 at the Big 12 Championships (2/25-28), earning a NCAA B Standard… Recorded two top-eight finishes at the league meet in the 100-yard breaststroke (sixth) and 200-yard breaststroke (2:17.63, seventh)… Set a season-best time in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:16.54) at the USA Winter National Meet (12/4-7)… Finished 21st overall in the 100-yard breaststroke at the USA Winter National Meet… Set a Mabee Center pool record as a member of the 200-meter medley relay team (1:58.35).
2013-14 (Sophomore)
Academic All-Big 12 First Team (Spring 2014)… Started the 2013-14 season strong with a first-place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:05.68) against Air Force Academy (10/12)… Continued the trend by taking home first in the 100-yard breaststroke in the next three meets; TCU, UNO & UND and Illinois… Placed fifth in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:05.67) and fourth in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:20.79) at the 2013 Kansas Classic (11/22-24)… Picked up a second-place finish in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:23.51) against Arkansas and Vanderbilt (2/1)… Finished first in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:04.95) against Iowa State (2/7-8)… Placed seventh in the final of the 100-yard breaststroke (1:02.50) at the 2014 Big 12 Championships (2/26-3/1)… Scored points for the Jayhawks in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:16.90), finishing eighth overall at the conference championships.
2012-13 (Freshman)
Athletic Director’s and Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll, 4.0 GPA (Fall 2012)… Finished second in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:19.18) and third in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:04.53) at the Kansas Classic (11/16-18)… Picked up two top-three finishes in a double-dual with San Diego State and host No. 13 UCLA (1/12), finishing second in the 100-yard breaststroke with a season-best time of 1:03.12 and third in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:17.77)… Closed out the season with two top-10 finishes at the Big 12 Championships (2/27-3/2), setting season-best times in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:15.95, seventh) and the 100-yard breaststroke (1:03.52, 10th).

Swam for Fort Scott High School in Fort Scott, Kansas… Helped lead the Tigers to Region Eight Sectional Championships in 2009, 2011 and 2012… Selected as USA Swimming Academic All-American from 2009-12… Also named to the Missouri Valley Honor Roll from 2009-12… Competed for Kansas City Blazers.
