Spirit Squad Tryout Dates Announced

LAWRENCE, Kan. –

Kansas Athletics has announced the following tryout dates for next year’s Jayhawk Spirit Squads:

• Big Jay and Baby Jay mascot tryouts will be conducted on Saturday, April 25 and 26, 2009.
• Cheer squad tryouts will be held Saturday, May 2 and Sunday May 3, 2009.
• Rock Chalk Dance tryouts will take place Friday, April 24, Saturday,April 25, and Sunday, April 26, 2009.
