Three Kansas Baseball Games to be Featured on National Television

LAWRENCE, Kan. – ESPN announced its 2005 college baseball broadcast schedule earlier this spring and the University of Kansas baseball team will be featured on television three times this season.

The Jayhawks host No. 3 Texas in a three-game series at Hoglund Ballpark, May 6-8, and all three games will be featured on the ESPN networks. All three games will be featured live on ESPNU, ESPN’s newest network devoted to collegiate athletics. Friday and Saturday’s games are scheduled for a 6 p.m. start, while Sunday’s contest will begin at noon.

The series finale will be featured live on ESPNU with a scheduled first pitch at noon, and will also be seen on tape delay on ESPN2 at 5 p.m. (CST).
