The Jayhawks will also be looking to rebound from their seventh place finish at the Western Intercollegiate. The Jayhawks have just one tournament remaining following the CU-Stevinson Ranch Invitational prior to competing in the Big 12 Championship.

“This is a big tournament for us because we need to bounce back from a rough tournament last time out and there are a lot of teams from our district in the event,” said head coach Ross Randall. “We have experienced a lot of success in this tournament in the past and I think it is a course that really fits us well because it is very similar to Alvamar. It is a course that is long with fast greens.”

The Jayhawks have sent six competitors to the event including the senior duo of Gary Woodland and Tyler Docking who have combined for 12 top-10 finishes this year. They will be joined by junior Joey Mundy, sophomores Zach Pederson and Walt Koelbel freshman Joey Mundy.

The tournament will consist of 36 holes played on March 26, followed by 18 holes played on March 27. For complete results and updates visit kuathletics.com.
