LAWRENCE, Kan. –

Kansas head coach Clark Campbell announced Thursday that KU has finalized its schedule for the 2010-11 season. The Jayhawks will compete in four home meets this season, including a two-day dual against Big 12 opponent Iowa State.

“We have another challenging schedule ahead of us for next season,” Campbell said. “Opening with a perennial top 3 team like Arizona really sets the tone for the year. Competing with the likes of Georgia and Arkansas in the SEC will help us prepare for the Championship season in Feb. and March. We can’t wait to get started.”

The Jayhawks will warm-up for the season with the annual Alumni (Sept. 24) and Intrasquad meets (Oct. 8), before traveling down to Tucson, Ariz. to compete in the Arizona Triple Duals (Oct. 15-16).

Kansas will continue on the road Oct. 29 with a dual against Big 12 Rival Missouri. The team will then have its first home meet, a double dual meet against Drury and North Dakota (Nov. 13), before closing the fall schedule at the Georgia Invite in Athens, Ga. (Dec. 2-4).

Following winter break, Kansas will compete in the Orange Bowl Classic in Key Largo, Fla. (Jan. 4), and then travel to Florida International (Jan. 6) and Vanderbilt (Jan. 8).

KU will return to Robinson Natatorium Jan. 13 to compete against Arkansas before going back on the road to take on Nebraska (Jan. 15). The Jayhawks will then have their final two home meets against South Dakota and Northern Iowa (Jan. 22), and Iowa State (Feb. 4-5).

The Big 12 Championships (Feb. 23-26), Last Chance Meet (Feb. 27), Zone Diving (March 10-12) and NCAA Championships (March 17-19) will all be held in Austin, Texas.
