KU Men's Basketball Mini-Plans on Sale Sept. 10

LAWRENCE, Kan. – Kansas Athletics will have three mini-plan ticket packages available for the 2012-13 men’s basketball season.

Each package includes seven games – including six in Allen Fieldhouse and the Friday, Nov. 30 Oregon State game in Kansas City’s Sprint Center.

Williams Education Fund donors can purchase the mini-plans beginning Monday, Sept. 10. The packages will be on sale for the general public Monday, Sept. 17.

Packages are available in Tier 2 seating for $400. In addition, for only $100 more, fans can add the Feb. 16 game against Texas to any of the three mini-plans.

A limited number of season tickets are still available in Tier 2 ($1155) and Tier 3 ($855) seating. Tier 1 seating is sold out.

Patrons can purchase their season ticket and mini plans and sign up for a payment plan, which allows fans the opportunity to pay for their tickets in four equal installments. The first payment will be due at the time of purchase. Purchasers will then be charged on October 15, November 15 and December 15.

Kansas tips off the 2012-13 season October 30 against Emporia State. The Jayhawks are looking to claim their ninth consecutive Big 12 Conference title and return to the NCAA tournament for the 24th-straight year.
