KU’s Win Over Georgetown…
–Makes Kansas 2-1 on the season.
–Ties the Kansas-Georgetown series record at 1-1.–Improves Kansas to 8-5 all-time in the EA SPORTS Maui Invitational.
–Moves the Jayhawks into the semifinals of the EA Sports Maui Invitational for the second time in school history. KU won the event in 1996.
–Makes Bill Self 239-47 while at KU and 446-152 overall.
–Makes KU 2,040-800 all-time.

Individual Notes
–Junior F Thomas Robinson notched his eighth-career double-double and third of the season, scoring 20 points and pulling down 12 rebounds.
–Robinson’s 20 points tied a career-high, set against UT-Arlington (12/29) last season.
–Senior G Tyshawn Taylor tied a career-high with three three-pointers.
–With 16 points against Georgetown, Taylor now has 983 points and is 17 shy of becoming the 54th player in Kansas history to hitting the 1,000-point mark.
–Taylor has 398 career assists and is two shy of becoming the 14th player in school history with 400-career assists.
–Junior guard Elijah Johnson has had four or more assists in each game this season, including five against Georgetown.
–Senior G Conner Teahan tied a career high with three assists.
–Teahan leads the Jayhawks with six three pointers on the season.
–Teahan’s 24 minutes against Georgetown was a career high.
–Junior C Jeff Withey fouled out for the second time in his career, the first since he fouled out against UMKC (1/5/11) last season.
–Junior G Travis Releford scored 10 points to mark the second game this season he has scored in double figures. He scored 14 in the season opener against Towson.
