Kansas Announces Hawk Talk Lineup for 2019-20

LAWRENCE, Kan. – As the 2019-20 hoops season approaches, Kansas Athletics announced the dates and times for Hawk Talk with women’s basketball head coach Brandon Schneider, which will be hosted at Henry T’s Bar & Grill. The first of the 15 shows is schedule for tonight, Monday, Oct. 28.

Live from Henry T’s Bar & Grill, Hawk Talk gives Jayhawk fans insight into the women’s basketball program, upcoming opponents and recaps past games. It also allows fans a chance to ask Schneider questions and hear the latest Kansas women’s basketball news. Those in attendance at Hawk Talk have an opportunity to get to know the Jayhawks’ fifth-year coach.

The voice of Kansas women’s basketball, Jimmy Chavez, enters his fifth season as the host of Hawk Talk, which airs on Thursdays from 6-7 p.m., at Henry T’s Bar & Grill with a few exceptions. Chavez will call all the action home and away for the Jayhawks during the 2019-20 campaign.

Hawk Talk can be heard around the state of Kansas on the Jayhawk Radio Network affiliates and KUAthletics.com, which will also feature a live audio stream of the show. Fans can also submit questions to Coach Schneider on the front page of KUAthletics.com. The show will also be available the following day at 3:00 p.m. on Big 12 Now on ESPN+.
