Between His Legs – A participant in the KU men’s basketball Holiday Clinic easily dribbled a basketball back and forth between his legs in Allen Fieldhouse on Tuesday, December 27.

Eye Ball – Svi Mykhailiuk looked backward to keep his eyes locked on one of his shots that hung above the rim before falling through the net during KU’s game against Kansas State in Allen Fieldhouse on Tuesday, January 3. In the waning seconds of the game, the junior’s long drive and layup gave KU a 90-88 victory as time expired.

Helping Hand – KU’s Sydney Umeri helped a participant with her dribbling skills at one of the stations the senior and sophomore Tyler Johnson manned during the women’s basketball Holiday Hoops Clinic in Allen Fieldhouse on Friday, December 30.

Launching Pad – Storm, a young border collie and one of the Kansas City Disc Dogs that performed at halftime of KU women’s basketball game against Oklahoma on Thursday, December 29, used the back of its trainer, Sierra Best, as a launching pad to jump out and make a flying catch in Allen Fieldhouse.

Speedster – Tianna Valentine streaked down the track to win the 60-meter dash during the Bill Easton Classic in the Anschutz Sports Pavilion on Friday, January 6. The redshirt senior also finished second in the 200-meter dash.
