PIED PIPER – Like a modern day Pied Piper, KU junior Charlie Hillier led a group of young fans away from the fifth hole tee box at Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on Tuesday, April 24, during the second round of the Big 12 Men’s Golf Championship.

BRIDGED – Golf has been called “a good walk spoiled.” However, on a sunny day at Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the walk looked most pleasant as KU senior Daniel Hudson crossed a bridge from the 12th green to the 13th tee during the second round of the Big 12 Men’s Golf Championship on Tuesday, April 24.

RAINY ROLL – The rain that fell during the final round the Big 12 Men’s Golf Championship in Tulsa, Oklahoma, forced Daniel Sutton to turn his cap backward to avoid rain falling from the brim and distracting him as the senior putted on the 12th green at Southern Hills Country Club on Wednesday, April 25.

A MOMENT ALONE – KU softball third baseman Jessie Roane looked out from the walkway leading to the dugout as the grounds crew prepared the field inside Arrocha Ballpark at Rock Chalk Park for one of the final games of the senior’s career against Texas Tech on Friday, April 27.

LIL’ SIS – KU softball’s Lil’ Sis program invited girls in grades 1-8 to adopt a student-athlete as a friend, role model and mentor this school year. During the National Anthem before the game against Texas Tech on Saturday, April 28, each Lil’ Sis stood at attention with their player inside Arrocha Ballpark at Rock Chalk Park.

HANGING OUT – Two boys kept track of the action inside KU softball’s Arrocha Ballpark at Rock Chalk Park by hanging from the backside of the center field fence on Saturday, April 28. Their vantage point enabled the 11-year-olds to drop down to chase foul balls and home run balls as the Jayhawks played Texas Tech.
