2011: Senior Season
One of the most decorated players in KU volleyball history… KU[apos]s all-time kills leader in a single season (462)… Led the Big 12 with 4.16 kills per set in 2012, second-best in KU history… A premier six-rotation player, led the Jayhawks with nine double-doubles (kills/digs).. Fourth all-time at KU in career kills (1,282)… Started all 29 matches at outside hitter for the Jayhawks… Finished the season with 462 kills, 236 digs and 23 aces… Had at least 15 digs in 22 of the team[apos]s 29 matches… Had 20-plus digs in five matches… Recorded 17 kills with a career-high .484 hitting percentage against Liberty (8/27)… Had 18 kills with a .361 hitting percentage and eight digs in a match against Appalachian State (9/2)… Recorded 20 kills and seven digs in a match at No. 15 Northern Iowa (9/9)… Chalked up 19 kills with a .370 hitting percentage to go along with nine digs, to help the Jayhawks upset No. 6 Minnesota (9/10)… Recorded 19 kills and nine digs against San Diego State (9/16)… Tied her career-high kill mark (22) in a double-double effort against Valparaiso (9/17)… Had 19 kills and a season-high 18 digs against Texas A&M (10/8)… Recorded another double-double in kills (21) and digs (11) at No. 22 Oklahoma (10/15)… Had 21 kills to go along with nine digs against Texas Tech (10/22)… Tied her career-high 22 kills on a .400 hitting percentage along with 13 digs, in the second match-up with Texas Tech (11/12)… Recorded 18 kills and 10 digs against Oklahoma (11/16).

2010: Junior Season
One of three players to start all 31 matches… An Academic All-Big 12 First Team honoree… Kansas[apos] top outside hitter in 11 contests… Finished second on the team with 2.87 kps… Had 17 matches with double-digit kills, including five of 15 or more… A six-rotation player who also recorded three double-doubles… Shared team-lead with 24 service aces… Tallied multiple aces six times, including four outings with a season-high three… Dug a career-high 20 balls at Creighton on Aug. 28 to help KU clinch the Bluejay Classic title and was named to the all-tournament team… Added 14 kills versus the Bluejays for her first DD of the season… Also a member of the Jayhawk Classic All-Tournament team… One shy of season bests at Baylor on Oct. 13 with 19 kills and 19 digs… Collected a season-high 20 kills at Colorado on Sept. 25, one shy of her career best… Recorded a personal-best five blocks versus Colorado on Nov. 6.

2009: Sophomore Season
The team[apos]s top offensive threat pacing the Jayhawks with 3.65 kps during the season and 3.87 kps in Big 12 Conference matches, both which ranked fifth in the league… One of two Jayhawks to appear in all 102 sets… An Academic All-Big 12 First Team selection… Recorded first of four double-doubles versus Murray State (Aug. 29) with 10 kills and 11 digs… Named to the Middle Tennessee State All-Tournament Team after averaging 2.55 kps on a .309 attack percentage along with 2.00 dps… Had 3.83 kps during the Jayhawk Invite… Recorded back-to-back matches with multiple service aces at Arkansas (Sept. 12) and at Missouri (Sept. 16)… Had a season-best 12 digs along with 13 kills at Nebraska (Oct. 7)… Collected 20 kills versus Texas A&M (Oct. 31) followed by a career-high 21 kills in her next match at Colorado (Nov. 4)… Tallied 14 kills on a season-high .440 attack percentage in KU[apos]s home finale versus Texas Tech (Nov. 24)… Finished with double-digit kills in nine of the last 10 matches of the season.

2008: Freshman Season
Played in 27 matches and made six starts in her freshman campaign… Had six games of double-digit kills, including three straight from Sept. 6-12… Averaged 2.83 kps in the team[apos]s opening weekend during the VCU Invite and started in both matches… Led the team with 11 kills in her first collegiate appearance against VCU on Aug. 29… Also had a season-high five digs and was perfect in all 20 of her serve receptions… In the Jayhawks[apos] game against UCF on Sept. 6, she shared the team lead of 11 kills and added a team-best three blocks, also a career high… Tallied a career-best 12 kills versus UMKC on Sept. 9… Recorded her first and only service ace against No. 3 Texas on Sept. 27… Hit a season-high .444 attack percentage twice – at Texas A&M on Oct. 25 and at Iowa State on Nov. 29.

High School
Four-year letterwinner in volleyball and track and field at St. Thomas Aquinas High School … Helped lead Saints to back-to-back state titles in 2006 and 2007 … Selected to the all-state tournament first team both years … An all-state first team selection … Kansas City Star Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year … A finalist for the Evelyn Gates award, an award granted to the top volleyball player in the Kansas City area …Four-time state champion in the high jump… Holds school and league records in the high jump… Also placed third at state in the javelin in 2005 and 2006… Voted her team[apos]s most valuable jumper/vaulter three times… Played club ball for the MAVS under coach Dave Gentile… National Honor Society member.

Personal
Daughter of John and Joanne Mayfield… Has a sister, Emily and a brother, Steven… Mother played basketball for Benedictine and father played baseball at Missouri Western… Three of her uncles, Michael, Thomas and Edward, also attended KU… Considering a degree in exercise science.
