Ran a personal best 8:26.86 in the 3,000 meters at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (2/7-2/8), placing 12th overall … Also set a personal best at the Iowa State Classic (2/14-2/15) in the men’s 5,000 meters, running a 14:40.54 … At the Big 12 Indoor Championship (2/28-2/29), he placed 11th in the 5,000 meters in 14:40.55, while also placing 19th in the 3,000 meters in 8:36.27.

Came in seventh overall, clocking in at 19:47.3, at the Bob Timmons Classic 6K (8/31) … Placed sixth in the men’s 8K at the Rim Rock Collegiate Classic (10/5) … At the Pre-National Invitational (10/19), crossed the finish line in 25:26.4 to place 160th among a field of 257 of some of the best runners in the nation in the Men’s 8K Blue Race … Helped lead the men’s team to a top-20 finish at Pre-Nationals, where they placed 19th out of 38 teams with 532 points … Crossed the finish line at the Big 12 Championship (11/2) in 24:42.5 … His 8K time earned him a 26th-place finish individually … Helped the men’s team to a fourth-place finish with 92 points … Completed the 10K in a time of 32:49.0, good for 94th place individually, at the 2019 NCAA Midwest Regional Cross Country Championship (11/15) … Collectively, Kansas ran to a third-place team finish at the OSU Cross Country Course, which marked the men’s highest finish at a Regional meet since 2006.

Made his Kansas debut at the ESU Spring Invitational (3/23), winning the 5,000-meter run with a time of 14:54.05 … Notched his second-straight first-place finish in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:07.28 at the Oral Roberts Invitational (3/29-30) … Recorded a personal-best in the 5K at the 92nd Kansas Relays (4/17-20), finishing with a time of 14:50.71 … Competed in the 5,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships (05/10-12) where he finished 23rd overall in 15:10.84.
