Placed third in his first outdoor meet the Wichita State Shocker Invitational for completing the 400 hurdles in 53.65 seconds … Achieved a new personal best in the 400 hurdles for finishing in 53.52 seconds and ended up finishing 16th … Achieved a personal best at the LSU Invitational for running the 400 hurdles in 52.92 seconds, placing second … Ran the 400 meter hurdles in 53.06 during the prelims at the Kansas Relays and was able to advance to the finals … Achieved a personal best at the John McDonnell Invitational, where he finished the 400 hurdles in 52.34 seconds … Competed in two events at the Rock Chalk Classic, taking 19th in the 400m hurdles (1:04.82) and running on the first-place 4×400 squad (3:09.91) … Scored at the 2023 Big 12 Outdoor Championships as a member of the fifth-place 4×400 team … Also took 10th place in the 400m hurdles with a time of 55.11.
