Fall 2006 (Sophomore): Played in only one tournament for KU, going 1-2 in singles play at the Deacon Classic… Notched a win over Dartmouth[apos]s Lindsay Winingham, 3-6, 6-4, 6-4, in consolation play… Limited by injury for the majority of the Fall. Spring 2006 (Freshman): Named to the All-Big 12 singles and doubles first team… Stepped into the top singles position for the Jayhawks, compiling a 10-13 overall record, including 4-7 in the conference… Notched a win over Indiana[apos]s 98th ranked Sarah Batty… Opened the spring schedule by winning three straight and six of her first eight… One of only two Jayhawks to compete in only one singles position all spring… Went 14-7 in doubles play with Elizaveta Avdeeva, playing in the No. 1 position all season… The duo won seven straight contests from March 12 to April 2… The tandem defeated Texas A&M[apos]s 28th ranked duo of Clifford and Foster, 9-8, in KU[apos]s second-to-last regular season dual. Fall 2005 (Freshman): Ended the fall with a 7-6 singles record…Her seven wins tied for the team-high…Notched arguably Kansas[apos] most impressive win of the season when she topped 30th-ranked Maja Kovacek of New Mexico in the opening round of the ITA Central Regionals main draw…That victory marked the only Jayhawk win over a ranked opponent…Picked up her first collegiate victory over Oklahoma[apos]s Anne Carter at the Hurricane Invitational…Teamed with Avdeeva to go 6-6 in doubles play…The tandem qualified for the doubles draw of the ITA Central Regionals.
