2011 (Sr.): Played in all 12 games this season, making his first start of the season against Baylor … Made first tackle of the season against Northern Illinois … Recorded a tackle, forced a fumble and broke up a pass at Oklahoma State … Had two tackles against Oklahoma … Collected a season-best three solo stops against Kansas State … Recovered a fumble in the third quarter at Texas … Recorded two tackles and recovered a fumble at Iowa State … Made two tackles and collected his first career interception against Baylor … Made one solo stop and returned a fumble 22 yards at Texas A&M … Had two solo tackles in team[apos]s final game versus Missouri.

2010 (Jr.): Played in 11 of 12 games as a backup cornerback… Did not play at Southern Mississippi… Was credited with 14 tackles on the year… Twice had four tackles in a game – at Nebraska and vs. Missouri… Had two tackles against both Texas A&M and Colorado.

2009 (So.): Started at right cornerback in the season opener and left cornerback the final three games of the season… Registered 20 tackles, two passes broken up and one tackle for loss… Posted career-high five-tackle games in final two games at Texas and vs. Missouri.

2008 (Fr.): Saw action as a defensive back, as well as on special teams… Had six tackles on the season… Made three tackles against Kansas State… Had two tackles in the Insight Bowl against Minnesota… Also added one stop against Nebraska.

2007 (RS): Redshirted his first season at Kansas.

High School: Ranked as the 15th-best recruit in the state of Oklahoma and the 53rd-best defensive back in the nation by Rivals.com… Named all-state after both his junior and senior seasons… Named the Defensive MVP of the district in 2006… Led the state of Oklahoma with 12 interceptions during the 2005 season… Collected seven interceptions and made five tackles-for-loss as a senior in 2006… Also recovered two fumbles in his final year of eligibility… Hauled in 15 catches for 201 yards as a wide receiver in 2006… Helped East Central High to the state championship as a junior… Team captured the district championship all four years of his high school career, including 24-straight wins his last two years… Earned varsity letters in football, basketball and track… Coached in football by Travis Hill.
