Tim Schlosser

bio

Tim Schlosser joined Kansas Athletics in June, 2011 as the assistant athletics director for student-athlete development and leadership training.

Schlosser came to KU after spending the previous six years as the director of the athletic study center at Illinois State. He was also an assistant gymnastics coach at ISU for three years. Prior to that, he was the national coaching coordinator of USA Trampoline and Tumbling from 1993-99. He developed a national coaching program when Trampoline became an Olympic Sport.

As an athlete Schlosser was a silver medalist at the World Tumbling Championships in 1982.

He was born in Peru, Ill. and attended St. Bede Academy in his hometown. Schlosser earned a bachelor[apos]s degree from Illinois State in 2000 and a master[apos]s degree from ISU in 2009.

His hobbies include fitness, finance and food.
