Career Honors: 2009: KU Offensive Scout Player of the Week vs. Northern Colorado.

2010 (Fr.): Played in just one game, seeing action in a couple of plays against Kansas State.

2009 (RS): Redshirted his first year at KU… Named KU Offensive Scout Player of the Week vs. Northern Colorado.

High School: A three-year letterwinner at Althoff HS… Played offensive tackle and defensive end… Ranked as the 11th-best player in the St. Louis metro area by the St. Louis Post Dispatch… As an offensive tackle, was an all-metro first-team selection, a two-time all-conference and three-time all-city choice… Helped lead the way for an offense which recorded 2,822 yards in nine games… Recorded 46 tackles and one sack on defense as a senior… Also wrestled in high school.
