2023-24 (Junior)
- Finished third in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 57.66 against Iowa State.
- Led the Kansas squad in the 200-yard IM with a time of 2:02.62, which she set at the Big 12 Swimming and Diving Championship on Feb. 27.
- Participated in every meet on the season.
2022-23 (Sophomore)
- Named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.
- Placed third in the 100-yard backstroke in the Sunflower Showdown on September 30th.
- Placed 11th in the 200-yard IM in the Big 12 Championship on Feb. 22nd.
- Participated in every meet.
2021-22 (Freshman)
- Named to the Academic All-Big 12 Rookie Team.
- Made collegiate debut at the Sunflower Showdown (Oct. 1).
- Finished second in the 100-yard backstroke event at the Sunflower Showdown with a time of 28.56.
- Finished seventh in the 100-yard backstroke event in her Big 12 Championship debut.
High School
- Elliott Howe, of Bountiful High School in Bountiful, Utah, is a two-time Utah 5A State Championship in the 100 backstroke, which she has won each of the last two years.
- Howe was also the 2020 runner-up in the 50 freestyle and was third in the same race in 2019.
