2023-24 (Junior)
- All-Big 12 Second Team.
- Participated in every meet.
- Led the team this season in the 50-yard backstroke (25.28), 100-yard backstroke (53.22) and 200-yard backstroke (1:58.53).
- Won the 100-yard backstroke at the Sunflower Showdown on Oct. 6, against Lindenwood/South Dakota on Oct. 20 and at Iowa State on Feb. 9.
- Won the 200-yard backstroke against Lindenwood/South Dakota and Rockhurst.
- Came in second in the 100-yard butterfly at the Sunflower Showdown, the 100-yard backstroke against Illinois and the 200-yard backstroke against Illinois.
- Finished second in the 200-yard backstroke and third in the 100-yard backstroke at the Mizzou Invite.
2022-23 (Sophomore)
- Named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.
- Won Big 12 Swimmer of the week on January 26th.
- Placed first in the 100-yard backstroke (57.42) and 200-yard backstroke (2:05.75) versus Lindenwood/South Dakota.
- Placed first in the 100-yard backstroke (55.46) and 200-yard backstroke (2:03.43) versus Iowa State.
- Placed second in the 100-yard backstroke (54.23) at the Big 12 Championship.
2021-22 (Freshman)
- Named to the Academic All-Big 12 Rookie Team.
- Competed as the first leg for Kansas in the 200-yard Medley Relay at Iowa State.
- Finished sixth in the 100-yard butterfly (55.12) to help Kansas place second at the Big 12 Championship.
- Placed 11th in the 100-yard backstroke (54.81) at the Big 12 Championship.

- Lezli Sisung comes to KU from Friendswood High School in Friendswood, Texas, where she was a USA Swimming Scholastic All-American and earned bronze in both the 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke as a sophomore and as a junior at the Texas 5A State Championships.
