Game Time Against Northwestern Pushed to 12 p.m.

PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. – Due to the severe weather sweeping the Midwest, Kansas baseball’s game against Northwestern Friday, Feb. 21 to open the Snowbird Classic has been moved to a 12 p.m. (CST) start at the North Charlotte Regional Park.

KU and the Wildcats were supposed to take the field for a 9:30 a.m. (CST) start, however due to airport closures and travel conditions, the tournament director has moved the start time back to 12 p.m. (CST) to accommodate the travel adjustments made by both squads.

The Jayhawks open the Snowbird Classic Friday against Northwestern. KU then faces Wisconsin-Milwaukee on Saturday, Mississippi Valley State on Sunday and closes out the weekend Monday against St. Bonaventure.
