2003 (Junior):Played in all 63 games… Recorded a 20-game hit streak — the longest ever at Kansas… Ranked third on the team with a total of 81 hits on the season, which ranks seventh all-time… Was a first team Academic All-Big 12 selection.

2002 (Sophomore):Started all 43 games in which he played… Finished third on the club with a .318 batting average… Tied for the team lead with four triples and was second with six home runs and 56 base hits… Collected three base hits in eight different games… Was 3-for-6 with four RBI and three runs scored in KU[apos]s second game of the Baylor series (3/16)… Scored a career-high four runs in a 3-for-4 performance against SMS (3/12)… Batted .307 in Big 12 games.

2001 (Freshman):Was named the Bob Allison Rookie of the Year (KU award for outstanding first-year player) Award Winner after batting .263 and playing in 54 of the team[apos]s 56 games… Saw action at first base, centerfield and leftfield… Set the KU record by a freshman with 11 doubles on the year… Finished fourth on the team with 26 RBI… Finished fifth on the team with six stolen bases.
