2014 (Junior): Big 12 Newcomer of the Week (2/17)… Appeared in 54 games for the Jayhawks, starting 52… Finished the season with a .251 batting average (45-for-179)… Had a seven-game hitting streak starting against Mississippi Valley State (2/23) and concluding at Stanford (3/7)… Set a career mark with three hits against Dartmouth (3/21) and matched it twice, at Baylor (4/26) and at Wichita State (4/29)… Batted in three runs in the second game of a doubleheader against BYU (2/15).

Summer 2013: Played in 17 games for Duluth in the Northwoods League … batted .404 with 23 hits in 57 at bats … recorded five doubles and was a perfect 1-for-1 in stolen bases … played with current Jayhawk Michael Suiter.

Diablo Valley College: Batted .347 his sophomore season with 60 hits, a home run and 36 RBIs … swiped seven bases en route to earning first-team all-conference and all-state honors … named MVP of Big 8 Conference … ended his two-year stint with a career average of .329 with 110 hits, 56 RBIs and 10 stolen bases.
