• Played four years of baseball at Shawnee High School in Shawnee, Oklahoma

• Son of JT and Dennette Summerlin

• His brother, Tanner, plays baseball at Southern Nazarene University
• Teammates with Janson Reeder, JJ Tylicki, Grant Adler and Brigden Parker at Cowley
