🏀 Markieff Morris Vying for NBA Title

Kansas Jayhawk Markieff Morris is vying to become the 13th Jayhawk to win an NBA title when the Los Angeles Lakers take on the Miami Heat in the 2020 NBA Finals beginning Sept. 30, in Orlando, Fla.

Jayhawks Finish 4th at Colonial; Hillier Takes 2nd

Led by Harry Hillier’s second-place finish, the Kansas Jayhawks men’s golf team finished tied for fourth at the Colonial Collegiate Invitational to open the 2020-21 season.


Kansas volleyball (1-1) is slated to make its first road trip of the season, traveling to Austin, Texas to face the Texas Longhorns (2-0) at the Frank C. Erwin Jr, Special Events Center Oct. 1-2. KU will play its first match against the preseason Big 12 favorites Oct. 1 at 7 p.m. on the Longhorn Network, and conclude the two-match series Oct. 2 at 7 p.m.

Jayhawks Earn Big 12 Weekly and National Weekly Honors

Freshman Kate Dreyer is the Big 12 Defensive Player of the Week, while senior Kathryn Castro is listed on TopDrawerSoccer.com (TDS) National Team of the Week and junior Sarah Peters is a TDS Team of the Week Honorable Mention selection.
